iWash Hub provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, and specialized garment care services. Our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Pick-up and delivery schedules are estimates and not guarantees.
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets (money, jewelry, etc.).
• Standard cleaning processes may involve risks to delicate buttons or sequins.

To use certain features of the iWash Hub app, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments must be made at the time of order or delivery as specified. We use secure third-party payment processors. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the service issue reported within 24 hours of delivery.
